Take time for yourself to unplug from the world around you and join us for one of our fully customized float or massage experiences. With all-new float cabins featuring enough space to stand and enough space to float and stretch, you will quickly drift away into true bliss. Double the relaxation and invite a friend or family member to float along beside you.
Prepare for your Float
For those who have never tried a Float experience, we have a few tips
Arrival:
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out waivers if required.
Please be mindful that arriving late for your appointment will adversely affect the length of your session time while the cost remains the same. We cannot be responsible for traffic or transit delays so please plan ahead.
We recommend:
- No shaving or waxing at least 12 hours prior to your appointment
- Eat at least 1 hour prior to your appointment, nothing too heavy
- Ask us for float ointment if you have any minor cuts or scratches
- Swimsuits are optional
- Bring hairbrush or comb, any personal toiletries, creams, etc.
We sell swim caps if you’d like to protect your hair. The saltwater won’t damage your hair but if you do colour with dark colours, the colour may come out while floating.
We provide the following for your use:
- Slippers
- Towels
- Earplugs
- Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash
- Hair Dryers
Cancellation Policy
Need to cancel or reschedule? No worries!
We get it, sometimes you have to adjust the schedule a bit. All we ask is that you give us enough notice so that we can open your space to someone who may be waiting to get it.
For individual appointments, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
For groups of 3 or more, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations/changes with less than the required notice will be charged in full. Kindly confirm your cancellation with the studio either by calling (416) 366 -7878 or by email to hello@h2ofloatstudio.com.
